Why Teach At Studio Oso?
Studio Oso is designed to be a warm, flexible home for creative and movement-based teaching.
For most classes, Studio Oso provides access to studio space, basic supplies, planning support, booking support, and promotional support.
For emerging artists, students, and early-career creatives, teaching at Studio Oso can be a way to build your portfolio, document your work, grow your audience, and develop your class format in a supportive environment.
We’re especially interested in working with people connected to Brooklyn’s creative community, including students and graduates from Pratt and nearby art, design, wellness, and movement programs.
Join our Creative Revolution.
We’re building a home for painting, yoga, mat pilates, dance, kids art, workshops, sound-based experiences, and community gatherings — and we’re looking for thoughtful instructors and creatives to help bring it to life.
You do not need a huge following or years of studio experience. We’re especially interested in emerging artists, art students, early-career teachers, local creatives, and people with a strong point of view who want to build their teaching practice.
Tell us about yourself and what you’d like to teach. You do not need a perfect class plan yet! We’re all about developing the ideas together.
