do you offer Mats?

Yes! We offer mats, blocks, blankets, and straps complimentary to all our yoga students. You are always more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Do you have changing rooms?

We are a small studio with no dedicated changing rooms. We have a bathroom available to use before and after class. We do not have showers available.
Do you burn Incense during class?

We typically burn incense 30 mins to an hour before class with the windows cracked open. Some instructors burn palo santo for 15-30 seconds during shavasana. If this is an issue for you, just send us an email to hello@studiooso.com and we are happy to accommodate.
How Soon before class should i arrive?

You should arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in on your mat. If you are running late, please note we typically lock the doors 5 mins after class begins.
